  Dotcom Services provides the following professional offerings:

  • Certification & Compliance Support

  Custom services are available upon discussion and mutual agreement.

• Quotations & Payment Terms

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Project initiation requires formal approval and/or advance payment as the proposal outlines.
  • Payment terms are Net 15 days from the date of invoice.
  • Delayed payments may incur interest or suspend project delivery.
  • Ownership of all deliverables remains with Dotcom Services until full payment is received.

• Intellectual Property

  • All design files, documentation, and code remain the property of Dotcom Services until full payment is completed.
  • After full payment, the client will own the final deliverables for the specific agreed purpose.
  • In future projects, we retain the right to reuse non-confidential components, design strategies, and reusable IP.

• Client Responsibilities

  Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project requirements.
  • Ensure legal ownership or usage rights of all materials shared with us.
  • Provide timely feedback and decisions to avoid unnecessary delays.

• Confidentiality

  • Dotcom Services and the client agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information shared.
  • A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be signed upon request.
  • Confidential obligations continue after project completion or termination.

• Project Timelines

  • Timelines will be defined in the proposal or service agreement.
  • Delays caused by incomplete inputs or feedback from the client may affect delivery.
  • We will not be held responsible for third-party delays or uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., supply chain issues, acts of nature).

• Warranties & Limitations of Liability

  • Dotcom Services provides all services with reasonable care and professionalism.
  • We do not guarantee absolute error-free performance or specific commercial outcomes.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Losses arising from improper use of deliverables
    • Damage from third-party systems or components
    • Indirect or incidental damages, including profit loss
  • Hardware design corrections (if any) will be handled for up to 30 days after delivery.

• Website Usage

  • All content on our website (including images, text, logos, and code) is the intellectual property of Dotcom Services.
  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

• Termination Policy

  • Projects can be terminated by either party with written notice.
  • The client will be invoiced for all work completed until the termination date.
  • Dotcom Services reserves the right to stop a project due to non-payment, breach of agreement, or misuse of deliverables.

• Governing Law

  These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted by the laws of Maharashtra, India]. Any disputes will be resolved within the courts of that jurisdiction.

• Changes to Terms

  Dotcom Services may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
